CEB is an evidence based educational program developed over a decade by Dr Paul Ekman, a world leader in the science of emotion, and Dr Alan Wallace, an eminent Buddhist scholar and contemplative. CEB uses mindfulness, compassion and loving kindness meditation and emotion regulation training to improve and enhance wellbeing and emotional resilience.

Malcolm Huxter ( is an Australian clinical psychologist who leads CEB courses in the UK and Australia.    Mal began training in Buddhist meditation in 1975, and has been teaching mindfulness and related practices such as compassion and loving-kindness for 23 years. He has been teaching CEB in Australia since 2011.
