Malcolm specialises in mindfulness, compassion  and meditation coaching, supervision, training as well as therapies and treatments.

He provides professional individualised consultations and coaching for the development of mindfulness and related practices such as compassion and loving kindness.

Malcolm provides therapist supervision around the personal and professional applications of Buddhist psychology, mindfulness and related practices such as compassion.

As a clinical psychologist he has trained in CBT, EMDR,  ACT, DBT, SFT and CFT and provides treatments for:

  • Stress
  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Trauma recovery
  • Personality problems
  • Bipolar disorder
  • Destructive emotions
  • Interpersonal conflict
  • Psychological recovery of medical illnesses

Malcolm has designed and conducted many mindfulness, loving kindness and compassion programmes for different populations, both clinical and non-clinical. The programmes focus on wellbeing and the ability to manage stress, anxiety and depression. Malcolm is available to conduct group-based trainings for businesses, corporations and  organisations.

Malcolm has also trained with Kristin Neff and Christopher Germer to teach Mindful Self Compassion and will be conducting a pilot programme at Westminster University, London in February-March 2015.
